Where can I find the status of my order?

You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history on the My Account page. Log In and click on My Orders.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at inquiry@robertgraham.us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What is a pre-order item and when can I expect to receive my order?

Pre-order is a great way to reserve merchandise before it is available, ensuring you don’t miss out on your size or style! Your card will not be charged until the item has shipped.Once the pre-ordered item arrives at our Robert Graham warehouse, we will ship directly to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included. Please contact Customer Service with any questions regarding pre-orders. We have been getting complaints from customers who have purchased on eBay (or other auction/web sites) in regards to counterfeit products. To ensure you’re not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop on our website, our Robert Graham retail and outlet stores, or from one of our authorized retailers.

WHAT IS THE ADDRESS BOOK AND HOW DO I USE IT?

Being a registered user offers you faster checkout since you won’t have to re-enter your shipping and billing information. When you place an order that information will be filled in automatically. Also, registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends information can be saved in your Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift.

 HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. Sales tax amount is estimated until order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent.  We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards will be taxed. The state and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where Robert Graham has a physical presence.

E-Gift Cards can be purchased directly on robertgraham.us.
