Blume comes from a retail background and has over 20 years experience in the industry running $60 million businesses. Blume has been head of sales for brands such as Magaschoni, Due per Due and Gianni and has strong relationships with the major department stores and over 700 specialty stores.
The hiring of Blume illustrates the sincere and deliberate focus Robert Graham is now placing on their women's division.
