    What is your return/exchange policy for online purchases by mail?

    Merchandise may be returned or exchanged via mail within 21 days from date of receipt and must be accompanied by an original sales receipt with regards to any item purchased online only and not in Robert Graham stores. Any merchandise that is purchased in Robert Graham stores must be returned at the store. Sales will be credited in the original store tender or store merchandise credit. All sale merchandise and non-apparel items, including watches, jewelry, eyewear, fragrance and skin, swimwear, and body wear are final sale. Returned and exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached.

    PLEASE NOTE: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Swimwear or Intimates. All footwear must be returned with original packaging in original condition.

    Returns are complimentary but you must request a return authorization at returns@robertgraham.us, please see return instructions below for how to return your purchase. When contacting us, please include your full name and order number. If Robert Graham receives your return package within the 21-day timeline specified, your refund will processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

    Merchandise purchased from other retailers, department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased via this website.

    Robert Graham reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

    Where do I ship my return or exchange?

    Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form and you must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. Before returning, please contact us at returns@robertgraham.us for an RA number.

    How should I ship my return or exchange?

    Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a completed return form.  Before returning, please contact us at returns@robertgraham.us for an RA number. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

    When will my credit card be refunded?

    Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

    The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
