    What are your shipping fees and options?

    We ship with UPS within USA. You may calculate your shipping fees upon checkout. All UPS shipping services are available.
 Please note that estimated shipping is based on business days only excluding weekends and holidays.

    What are your shipping fees for International shipments?

    We're proud to offer international shipping. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

    PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on www.robertgraham.us and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We have made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.

    When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

    All shipments will leave our warehouse within one business day. Your order arrival will depend on your shipping selection at checkout. You will get an email when your order has shipped with estimated delivery time. Please note that estimated shipping is based on business days only excluding weekends and holidays.

    What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, send an email to info@robertgraham.us. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

    How do I know that my order has been shipped?

    When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

    What’s the difference between “Order Date” and “Ship Date”?

    On most websites, “Order Date” and “Ship Date” are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 8:00pm EST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

    Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

    
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

    Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please contat us at info@robertgraham.us immediately after your order is placed by using this form.
