What are your shipping fees and options?

Robertgraham.us orders ship on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Robertgraham.us offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all U.S. orders via FedEx Home Delivery service. You can calculate additional shipping fees upon checkout. Orders are shipped via FedEx with the following shipping options:

FEDEX HOME DELIVERY*
Order is delivered within 5-7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
*FREE for U.S. orders.
FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER
Order will ship the next business day with delivery 3 business days later.
FEDEX 2-DAY
Order will ship the next business day with delivery 2 business days later.
FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT
Order will ship the next business day and be delivered the following business day (weekends and national holidays excluded).
FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY*
*For International orders only. Order will ship next business day and be delivered 1-3 business days later. This is the typical delivery time to major cities, but delivery time may vary based on country.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Robertgraham.us offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING & RETURNS on U.S. orders only. Our free standard shipping option is FedEx Home Delivery.

I am having trouble with my shipping address.

Helpful tip: Go to USPS.com and click on Find Zip Codes. You can enter the first line of your street address, city, and state, and USPS will return the standard zip code and correct entry of your city, state, zip combination.

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?

At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship your purchases to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Can I ship Internationally?

Yes, Robert Graham ships internationally. For your convenience, we now ship to over 100 countries worldwide*!

Please note: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. If an order is placed on www.robertgraham.us and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We have made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.


SHIPMENT AND ORDER TRACKING


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

All orders must be submitted by noon (12:00 PM) EST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after noon, it will most likely ship out the next business day. All shipments will leave our warehouse within one business day. Your order arrival will depend on your shipping method selection at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with estimated delivery time. Please note that estimated shipping is based on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. You can find the status of a particular order on the My Account page. Log in and click on My Orders. Or you may contact Customer Service by email at to inquiry@robertgraham.us. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number.

how do i know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “ORDER DATE” AND “SHIP DATE”?

On most websites, “Order Date” and “Ship Date” are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 8:00pm ET, your package will not ship until after the weekend. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

IF I SEND MY PACKAGE AS A GIFT, WILL THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE THE INVOICE?

Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please contact us at inquiry@robertgraham.us immediately after your order is placed.
