“Studying the Art of Pixar was a fascinating purview into the last 30+ years of the studio’s unique brand of creativity and innovation. Our Design Team’s starting point for this collaboration was to get close to Pixar’s colorscripts and lay the groundwork for the overall color palette and collection mood board. (Colorscripts are the sequential paintings that visually represent key story moments setting the light, color, and tone for the filmmakers).”

Inspiration for women's collection
"Kevin from Disney and Pixar’s Up is a star character of our collaboration and so we created a vibrant floral print featuring bright hibiscus flowers in colors taken from Kevin’s feathers. In true RG fashion, we mixed in her colorful form with the florals - at first glance, what appears to be an allover fun floral, actually has a beloved Pixar character.”
